Product Origin & Ethics Our Lavender Tallow Candles are a true "farm-to-flame" product. Sourced from our multi-generational family ranch in Wyoming, we use 100% grass-fed and finished beef suet. By utilizing this nutrient-dense resource, we support regenerative agriculture and a zero-waste philosophy. Every candle is hand-rendered and hand-poured in small batches to ensure artisanal quality.
Ingredients List We believe in radical transparency. This candle contains only three ingredients:
Pure Grass-Fed Beef Tallow: High-clarity, triple-rendered suet.
Organic Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia): Therapeutic grade, steam-distilled.
Natural Cotton Wick: Lead-free and zinc-free for a non-toxic burn.
The Tallow Difference If you are used to paraffin or soy candles, you will notice a few unique characteristics of tallow:
The Scent Throw: Unlike synthetic candles that "perfume" a whole house with heavy chemicals, our essential oil-infused tallow provides a gentle, localized "cold throw" and a clean "hot throw" that won't overwhelm the senses.
Wax Appearance: Because it is a natural animal fat, you may see slight "frosting" or texture changes on the surface. This is a sign of purity and does not affect the burn quality.
Air Purification: Tallow burns so cleanly that it produces virtually no soot, helping to keep your indoor air quality high and your walls free of dark residue.
Safety & Care
First Burn: Allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours until the melt pool reaches the glass edges. This prevents "tunneling" and ensures you get the full life out of your candle.
Wick Maintenance: Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch at all times. If the flame flickers excessively or "mushrooms," extinguish, trim, and relight.
Safe Placement: Always burn within sight on a heat-resistant surface. Keep away from drafts, pets, and children.
