The Art of Cold-Process Tallow Soap Our soap is made using the traditional cold-process method, which preserves the natural glycerin and skin-loving nutrients found in our grass-fed tallow. Unlike mass-produced "beauty bars" that use chemical foaming agents (SLS) and synthetic detergents, our bars rely on the natural reaction between pure fats and lye. Once the saponification process is complete, the lye is fully transformed, leaving behind a mild, nutrient-dense cleanser.
Ingredients & Transparency We believe a shorter ingredient list leads to healthier skin. Our Cinnamon Tallow Soap contains:
Triple-Rendered Grass-Fed Tallow: Sourced directly from our Wyoming ranch for a creamy, moisturizing lather.
Organic Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil: Provides a warm, spicy aroma and natural antimicrobial properties.
Organic Ground Cinnamon: Included for its gentle exfoliating texture and ability to support skin circulation.
Distilled Water & Lye: The essential catalysts for creating real, old-fashioned soap.
Skin Benefits: Warmth & Texture
Gentle Exfoliation: The ground cinnamon provides a very mild "scrub" that helps remove dead skin cells without being abrasive.
Deep Hydration: Tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K. Because it mimics the structure of human skin cell membranes, it helps the skin retain moisture long after you’ve stepped out of the shower.
Circulation Boost: The natural warmth of cinnamon essential oil helps stimulate blood flow to the skin’s surface, promoting a healthy, vibrant complexion.
Natural Variations Because our soap is hand-cut and made with natural ingredients:
Appearance: Each bar is unique. You may notice slight variations in the swirl of the cinnamon or the color of the tallow—this is the mark of a truly artisanal product.
Curing: We cure our bars for 4–6 weeks. This ensures the water has fully evaporated, resulting in a harder, longer-lasting bar with a rich, stable lather.
Sustainable & Zero-Waste Our soap is a 100% biodegradable product. It is packaged in eco-friendly materials, ensuring that your skincare routine leaves no trace on the environment. It is safe for septic systems and gray water use.
Safety Note Cinnamon is a "warming" spice. While it is invigorating for most, those with extremely sensitive skin or a known cinnamon allergy should perform a small patch test first. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive mucous membranes.
